How do I work out how many 600x1200 panels a wall needs?

Take the wall length and height, divide by the 600 mm and 1200 mm module, then add the corner and return pieces. Send the drawing dimensions with your quote request and we will check the panel count against the clamp and tie rod quantities.

Do the column clamps fit panels I already own?

The clamp jaws are cut to the folded edge profile used on our standard panels, and they cover a 200 mm to 800 mm column range with slotted side rails. If your existing panels use a different edge fold, measure the jaw opening and the fold depth before ordering, or bring a sample edge to the Johannesburg yard.

Which finish should I pick for a coastal site?

Galvanised is the default where salt air and wet stripping cycles are part of the week. Powder coating is worth it when the yard wants colour-coded stock for different wall sets or when panels sit outside between pours.
