Quote and contact forms capture your name, company, email, phone number and the message you write, including panel counts, column sizes and delivery regions. We also log basic technical data: browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you open, so we can see which spec tables and product pages crews actually use.
The site uses cookies for session handling and for analytics events such as page views and cart actions. These help us understand which formwork items get requested most and where the quote flow breaks down. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some cart and form features may stop working if you do.
Your details are used to answer quote requests, confirm stock and lead times from Johannesburg, arrange delivery into Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal or the Western Cape, and follow up on replacement clamps or tie rods. Analytics data is used only to improve the catalogue and the ordering process.
We do not sell your data. Information may be handled by service providers that support the site: hosting, analytics, email and form delivery, and CRM tools used to track quotes. Records are kept only as long as needed for the quote, order and any legal or warranty obligation that follows.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, request corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent for analytics and marketing contact at any time.
