These terms cover how formwork panels, clamp sets, tie rods and casting accessories are ordered, delivered and supported. They apply to civil contractors, precast yards and building teams buying from Oss-Form, and they sit alongside our policy page where data handling is described.
We supply modular steel formwork, adjustable column clamps, slab props, cone systems and striking tools. Every catalogue item lists panel weight, load rating, compatible hardware and reusability notes. Where a bundle is quoted per project, the panel count and hardware list in that quote define what is supplied, not a general catalogue description.
A cart is a request, not a confirmed order. Supply is confirmed once we accept the panel counts, finishes and delivery address in writing. Stock held in Johannesburg is allocated on confirmation, and delivery windows to Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape are given in working days from that point.
The contractor or yard remains responsible for formwork design, prop spacing, pour rates, stripping times and site safety. Load ratings and reusability notes are guidance for planning, not a substitute for an engineer's check on the actual pour. Hardware must be inspected before each cycle, and damaged clamps, tie rods or props should be withdrawn rather than re-used.
We are responsible for supplying items that match the confirmed specification. We are not liable for losses caused by site handling, incorrect assembly, overloading, unauthorised modification of panels or clamps, or delays outside our control such as transport disruptions. Claims for short or incorrect supply must be raised within seven days of delivery.
Unused standard panels and clamp sets in original condition can be returned by arrangement, subject to inspection and a restocking charge on non-faulty goods. Replacement clamps, tie rods and cone plugs are supplied against the original item reference so the hardware pool on site stays consistent.
We may update these terms when supply conditions, finishes or delivery arrangements change. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time an order is confirmed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
