Core modular panel

600x1200 Modular Steel Panel

Standard panel for wall and slab pours

Most wall sets on site start with this panel, because it fixes the module for everything bolted around it. The 600x1200 face is pressed from 3 mm steel, and the folded edge takes standard clamp jaws without shimming or site packing. Galvanised is the default finish for coastal yards; powder-coated panels are available where stock needs colour coding. Every panel is weighed and stamped before it leaves Johannesburg, so foremen can work out transport loads and crane lifts ahead of the truck arriving.

Panel face and edge

600x1200 pressed face, 3 mm steel, folded edge profile that matches standard clamp jaws. No shimming needed when panels are joined face to face or turned on a wall return.

Finish options

Galvanised is the standard choice for coastal sites and repeated pours. Powder-coated panels suit yards that sort stock by colour or keep dedicated sets for precast work.

Weight and handling

Each panel is weighed and stamped, so transport loads, crane lifts and stripping sequences can be planned before dispatch. Reusability notes cover edge care and clamp contact points.

Where this panel fits

Wall pours, slab edges and precast beds all use the same 600x1200 module, which keeps the hardware pool small. Compatible items include tie rods, adjustable column clamps and slab props. Stock is held in Johannesburg for delivery to Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, and bulk panel counts are quoted per project.

Panels, clamps and slab hardware in stock

Three core lines that cover most wall, column and suspended slab pours. Specs below are the ones foremen ask for first: face size, load rating, compatible hardware and what happens when the gear comes back to the yard.

600x1200 Modular Steel Panel

Standard panel for wall and slab pours

This is the panel that most site teams order first, because it sets the module for everything else in the wall set. The 600x1200 face is pressed from 3 mm steel with a folded edge that takes standard clamp jaws without shimming. Galvanised finish is the default for coastal work, and powder-coated panels are available where the yard wants colour-coded stock. Each panel is weighed and stamped so foremen can plan transport loads and crane lifts before the truck leaves Johannesburg.

Steel column clamp hardware assembled around a concrete column form

Adjustable Column Clamp Set

Four-piece clamp for square and rectangular columns

Column work is where most small teams lose time, because every column size needs a different box. This clamp set uses slotted side rails and a threaded tie to pull the form square across a 200 mm to 800 mm range. The jaws are cut to match the folded edge of the standard panel, so the same clamp works on wall returns and isolated columns. Striking is done with a spanner and a wedge, and the set is supplied in a steel carry frame that doubles as a stacking pallet.

Slab props and drop head hardware supporting a suspended concrete slab

Slab Prop and Cone System

Props, drop heads and cone plugs for suspended slabs

Suspended slab work needs props that can be set, loaded and struck in a predictable order, and this package is built around that cycle. Props are supplied in three extended heights with the safe working load stamped on the outer tube, so the foreman can match them to the pour drawing without a separate table. Drop heads and cone plugs are sized to the same thread as the tie rods, which keeps the hardware pool small on site. Reusability notes on each item cover thread cleaning and the point at which a prop should be taken out of service.
