Column forming hardware

Adjustable Column Clamp Set

Four-piece clamp for square and rectangular columns

Column work is where most small teams lose time, because every column size needs a different box. This clamp set uses slotted side rails and a threaded tie to pull the form square across a 200 mm to 800 mm range.

The jaws are cut to match the folded edge of the standard panel, so the same clamp works on wall returns and isolated columns. Striking is done with a spanner and a wedge, and the set is supplied in a steel carry frame that doubles as a stacking pallet.

Steel column clamp hardware assembled around a concrete column form

Supplied in a steel carry frame that doubles as a stacking pallet. Threaded tie and slotted rails allow squaring without welding or site fabrication.

Panel counts, clamp ranges and prop heights are listed per item so a foreman can match hardware to the pour drawing before the order goes out. Filter by what the site actually needs: wall panels, column clamps or slab support.

600x1200 Modular Steel Panel

Standard panel for wall and slab pours

This is the panel that most site teams order first, because it sets the module for everything else in the wall set. The 600x1200 face is pressed from 3 mm steel with a folded edge that takes standard clamp jaws without shimming. Galvanised finish is the default for coastal work, and powder-coated panels are available where the yard wants colour-coded stock. Each panel is weighed and stamped so foremen can plan transport loads and crane lifts before the truck leaves Johannesburg.

Slab Prop and Cone System

Props, drop heads and cone plugs for suspended slabs

Suspended slab work needs props that can be set, loaded and struck in a predictable order, and this package is built around that cycle. Props are supplied in three extended heights with the safe working load stamped on the outer tube, so the foreman can match them to the pour drawing without a separate table. Drop heads and cone plugs are sized to the same thread as the tie rods, which keeps the hardware pool small on site. Reusability notes on each item cover thread cleaning and the point at which a prop should be taken out of service.
